AI workflows for your industry

AI Workshops for Agriculture and Agribusiness: Build a Workflow for Supplier Emails, Records and Planning

Hands-on Sunshine Coast workshop. Four hours, A$495 including GST, capped at 15.

A friendly pencil-drawn robot with a soft rounded body and warm expression welcomes you beside working papers and a yellow pencil.

The supplier email sits in your inbox while you are out in the paddock. The weekly property update gets written twice because nobody agreed what goes in it. An AI workshop for agriculture and agribusiness is four hours of hands-on work on one repeated task from your own business, a supplier reply, a record or an operational plan, built from your own notes and source material. We build training around your business tasks, source material and the output you need. You check the output against the information your business supplied.

Bring one task that wastes your time. You leave with a workflow you can use again next week.

Key takeaways

  • Our public Sunshine Coast workshop gives you four hours on one repeated business task, and you keep the instructions and the example you tested during the session.
  • Bring one specific job, a supplier reply, one record or one weekly property update, because your business task determines the training example.
  • The workflow is written as five inputs: Context, Task, Source, Rules and Output.
  • You test the workflow on a safe example and check the result against your own source material.
  • Private training runs at your workplace across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Noosa, Moreton Bay, Logan, Redlands, Toowoomba and Gympie, with a fixed quote after a conversation about your team's tasks, location and experience.

Which supplier, record and planning tasks can you bring?

Bring the job you repeat. Your business task determines the training example, so pick a specific piece of work: a reply to one supplier question, one record you write after every delivery, or a weekly update for one property. Bring the information needed for that task.

If the job runs through several stages, choose the drafting step first. You can build the instructions for that step without connecting every system in your business.

How do the five inputs turn supplier notes and farm records into a draft?

The five inputs are Context, Task, Source, Rules and Output. Context describes the business, customer and situation. Task names the job the AI assistant needs to do. Source supplies the notes, documents or approved facts for that job. Rules set the limits and identify missing information to flag. Output describes the format and information the finished draft needs to contain.

Written out for a quote, the five inputs read like this. We're a service business preparing a quote for a homeowner. Turn the supplied site notes into a draft quote. Use only these notes, measurements and the attached price list. Itemise labour and materials, keep the supplied prices unchanged and flag missing information. Return a scope summary, itemised table, total including GST and questions for me to check.

Write the five inputs before you paste in your source material. They describe the job, and they give you the basis for checking what comes back.

How do you check the draft against your own farm records?

You read the draft against the source you supplied. Compare names, dates, figures and claims with your records. Recalculate totals. Check that the draft answers the request and stays within your scope. The person responsible for the work approves the final version.

We help your team agree on the source material, instructions and review process for a repeated task. In the session, participants test the workflow on a safe example and check the result against their source material before it goes anywhere near a customer or supplier.

What do published AI in agriculture courses say AI is used for on farms?

Published courses describe AI across crop monitoring, resource use and planning. One course covers how AI is changing farming practices, from precision agriculture to sustainable crop management, to raise productivity while addressing environmental challenges. 1 It states that farmers use AI-driven insights to make data-informed decisions that optimise resources and boost yields. 2

The same provider describes a module on how AI is changing agriculture through smarter planning, automated processes and improved productivity, 3 and covers the key benefits of AI-driven farming and its growing global impact. 4 Another module explores how AI helps farmers monitor crops, analyse field conditions and apply resources with accuracy, 5 and how precision agriculture improves yields while reducing waste and costs. 6

Other courses teach the technology itself. One lecture sets out to have students describe the main parts of an AI system and explain how they work together to power AI tools used in agriculture. 7 Another teaches the key differences between machine learning and deep learning, and how both are used in modern agriculture. 8

How does a four-hour workshop compare with an online AI in agriculture course?

An online course explains the field. Our workshop helps you build and test a workflow you can use again on your own task.

What AI implementation experience sits behind the training?

We build AI workflows in real businesses, then teach what works. We work with business owners and teams across industries. We helped automate Radiant Roof Repairs' internal processes using AI. In our own business, Searchmaxxed, we built AI workflows for creating blog posts, doing SEO and preparing custom proposals. We used AI to automate SEO, enquiries and admin for Glen House Homoeopathy.

How do you book AI training for your farm or agribusiness team?

Two ways. Travel to the Sunshine Coast for our public workshop, or we bring private AI training to your workplace.

We scope private training around your team's tasks, experience and location. Private onsite AI training is available on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Noosa, Moreton Bay, Logan, Redlands, Toowoomba and Gympie. Sunshine Coast onsite training covers Maroochydore, Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Birtinya, Nambour and Coolum. Private training takes place at the team's workplace.

After your enquiry, we discuss your team's tasks, location and experience. We agree on the training scope and prepare a fixed quote. Team size, session length and travel determine the price. Private sessions are scoped for roughly 4 to 20 people, and larger teams can be split across sessions. Each person brings the laptop they will use afterwards, and tool and account requirements are confirmed during scoping.

People from other areas can travel to the Sunshine Coast public workshop. The date is to be announced, so join the waitlist.

What kind of farm or agribusiness task should you bring?

Bring one repeated task you can work on safely, because your business task determines the training example. Participants test the workflow on a safe example and check the result against their source material, so bring the notes or records that job needs.

What does the A$495 ticket include?
