A business prompt has five parts: Context, Task, Source, Rules and Output. Each part answers a specific question before the tool drafts anything.
Context
Describe your business, customer and situation.
Task
Name the job you want done, such as turning site notes into a draft quote.
Source
Supply the notes, price list or policy the draft should use.
Rules
Set the limits. Ask the tool to flag missing information and keep facts unchanged.
Output
Describe the format, headings and details you need in the finished draft.
Leave with the workflow you built.
Keep the prompt you wrote, the example you tested and the checks you use before sending a draft. On the next job, replace the source material and run the workflow again.

Do I need technical experience?
No. If you can write an email, you can do the work in the room. You build on your own laptop with plain-English instructions and hands-on help.
What should I bring?
Your laptop, its charger, one repeated business task that wastes your time, and a safe example if you have one. Nothing confidential is required.
What kind of task should I bring?
Bring a job that repeats and is mostly words or documents: quoting from notes, follow-up emails, reports, job ads, social posts, customer replies or turning meeting notes into actions. If you have done it fifty times, it qualifies.
What does the A$495 ticket include?
One seat at the four-hour, in-person workshop, hands-on help in a group capped at fifteen, and the written AI workflow you build for your task. The price includes GST.
When is the next workshop?

How is this different from free AI tutorials?
Free tutorials can help you explore AI tools. This workshop gives you four hours to build and test a workflow for your own task, with hands-on help in a group capped at 15. The A$495 ticket includes GST.
Can I arrange private training for my team?
Yes. Private onsite team training is available across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The same one-task method runs at your workplace.
