Details you send us
The workshop waitlist asks for your name, email address and optional business name. A private training enquiry also asks for your business name, team size, region and the tasks you want help with.
Form answers are sent when you submit the form, not while you type. Each confirmed submission is stored as a separate record in Attio. This includes the submitted details, submission time, source page and any available campaign and referral details. A later enquiry does not replace the earlier submission record.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, manage the workshop waitlist, provide requested date and booking updates, or discuss private training. Do not include confidential customer, patient, account or payment information in the task field.
Optional analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page views, workshop actions, form starts, submission errors and confirmed enquiries. A confirmed enquiry is counted only after its contact entry and full submission record have been saved.
We do not send your form answers, name, email address, business name or task description to Google Analytics. Analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, first and latest campaign details are retained in this browser for up to 30 days so they can accompany a later enquiry. These details can include campaign names, referral domains, landing pages and advertising click identifiers. Without that permission, cross-page attribution is not retained in browser storage.
You can change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or sending an enquiry.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical requests needed to deliver it. Attio stores enquiry records. Google processes optional analytics data when you permit it. These providers may process information outside Australia.
We keep enquiry records to respond and manage the workshop or training you asked about. This website does not take payments or confirm a paid booking.
