I run Sunshine Coast AI Workshops on the Sunshine Coast. I teach the AI workflows I have already built inside operating businesses, and we take on implementation when a business wants the work built for them.

How I teach it.
Five inputs, applied to the work you bring: Context, Task, Source, Rules and Output.
Context describes the business, customer and situation. Task names the job. Source supplies the notes, documents or approved facts. Rules set the limits and say what to flag when information is missing. Output describes the format the finished draft needs.
You test the result against your own source material before you use it. Read the method in full.

Most owners have already watched the videos. What gets AI running is a full day with your own work open, your own source material in front of you, and someone beside you when the output comes back wrong.
